Hyland\'s Calms 100 tabs, Hyland\'s Standard Homeopathics Calms 100 Tablet Description: Calms is a homeopathic combination that soothes and quiets irritated nerves and eases edginess without sedatives, tranquilizers, side effects, or a drug hangover. Instructions: Adults: As a relaxant: 1 to 2 tablets as needed 3 times daily, preferably before meals. In insomnia: 1 to 3 tablets 1/2 hour before retiring.
